I was truly impressed by the personal attention and care I received. The office is modern, and Dr. Ginejt took his time answering all my questions. Thank you to Maria, Lisbeth, Laura and Kenya- you were all so professional and made me feel confortable from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff was also wonderful. I never waited more than 10 minutes, and I'm extremely happy with my results, I've already recommended this office to my friends and family. Thank you, Nancy

Although this Google review is overdue, the first class, top-notch dental services remain second to none. During my initial visit, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and patience by a new facility, expert staff, and dynamic dentist. Initially, I was undecided, but Melissa's care and attention to my needs sealed the deal, making this dental care office my new home. She listened intently, acknowledged my concerns, and ensured my needs were attended to. Thank you for hiring such a superb employee as she sets the standards for others to emulate.

The customer service is excellent—perhaps a little too attentive at times. What I don’t like is how persistent the staff can be when recommending additional treatments. It sometimes feels like you’re being told you have to get certain procedures done, and it leaves me wondering whether I truly need them or if they’re simply trying to sell more services. I think patients should be given more space to make their own decisions about the treatments being recommended. Oral health is important, but not everyone goes to the dentist because they enjoy it. Many people go because they have to, and they don’t necessarily want to agree to every procedure just because they’re told it’s “time” or that it’s “necessary.” Present the recommendations, explain why they may be beneficial, and then allow patients time to process the information and decide what they want to do without feeling pressured.

I am beyond thankful to this team for accommodating me into their schedule and helping me take care of a crown I’ve been in need of. I have had horrible experiences in other clinics before, which have in turn made me fearful of getting dental care - but this team is absolutely phenomenal. My dental assistant Lisandra, the amazing Hygienist, Ambar and Dr. G were all absolutely amazing and have truly reshaped the way I feel in the chair. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for me. I am looking forward to continuing my care with you all. Lisandra was an absolute angel. Thank you for being an absolute light during my anxiety attack and being so supportive and kind. I can’t thank you enough. You’ve truly helped me work through a lot of my fears!

10 out of 10 experience loved it everyone was soooooo nice and welcoming. They took time to explain everything to me and I felt comfortable asking questions. Shoutout to Dianna she’s such a sweetheart, recommend me lots of things and had great convo with her. loved her fr. I will be coming back and telling everybody and their mothers to go here cuz I truly have never been treated this well in my life in any-type of healthcare setting.
